Welcome to the website of The Phoenix Walking Club. We are based in North Tyneside and are a very active club. We have around 420 members and a waiting list of people wishing to join.

Every six days, so it isn't the same day each week, we take two 53 seater coaches to our destination where a choice of walks between 10 to 16 miles will be available.

We regularly walk in the Scottish Borders, Northumberland, Durham, Norh Yorkshire Moors, Yorkshire Dales, Cumbria and the Lakes. Twice a year we have a 6 day "holiday" when we may travel to anywhere in the country. Take a look at the current programme to see the typical choice that we can offer.
